Tura Pink Cat Eye Frames
Tura Pink Cat Eye Frames
Original true vintage preowned Tura aluminum cat eye eyeglass frames in an iced pink chrome with pearls and contrasting silver etched flowers at the temples.
Very hard to find color and hornrim square cat shape.
1950's cat eye frames in excellent condition.
There are surface scratches from the previous owner and these cannot be polished without further scratching the aluminum.
The temples swing easy and do not tighten.
Straightened to the best of my ability when working with aluminum and ready for your single or progressive prescription.
IMO these are suitable for progressives (2rx in one lens) as lens height is 1 5/16" tall.
Aluminum frames do not give (expand).
Please make sure that your current frames measure pretty close in size to the measurements I include below.
See my FAQ link at the top of this page to see how to measure your own frames for comparison to these.
Will suit a petite/narrow oval, full or heart shaped face.
These pastels would look great on pale indie/grunge girls xoxo
Especially with white or grey, lavender hair.
I am modeling them for point of reference. I have a narrow head and these suit my oval face shape.
These frames are built to last having riveted barrel hinges which you would normally pay a lot for in today's conventional ophthalmic selection.
Please make sure your optician can work with tapped screws. They need to have the right tools to remove the existing screws (which have no slot for a screw driver) and replace them once your lenses are in the frames.
