Your browser and shopping online....Does it really matter which one you use?

Ahem... yup. It does.

Have you ever noticed that the same website can look totally different from one browser to another, and you wonder whether it is your computer having a bad day, or maybe the site itself is not functioning correctly? Most computer owners use Microsoft's Internet Explorer as their browser for surfing the internet. Little did you know, that this browser, particularly versions IE7 and IE8 quite often distort and change the look of pages within a site, and can create blocks and stalling pages among some of the glitches which prevent the smooth operation of simply logging in, browsing a site, and checking out. Not only does it frustrate the user or buyer, which causes them to leave a site, or abandon an order, but companies such as Retro Focus Eyewear loose many potential sales when our buyers encounter these roadblocks.

As much as we value the hard work our web boys do to make sure our site is a smooth operational ecommerce site, Retro Focus Eyewear realizes that not all of us use Internet Explorer as our browser, and it would not be fair to implement this tax in our check out.
