50's Vintage Frames
42-20-160 round new old stock tortoise eyeglasses from the 1950's. Shuron redwood coil temples and Imperial frame fronts married into a perfect union. Suited for a narrow face.

This round frame only had 1 temple, so I looked in my 'temple' inventory and found these awesome Shuron coil temples to pair them with.
The barrel hinge matched perfectly and with a little tweak here and there,  these beauties are ready for your prescription.  New old stock married into one very attractive looking pair of frames.

For narrow, to average width faces.
The temples are long and very comfortable.

Made in USA,  tortoise frame front is Imperial,  temples are redwood Shuron.
Shuron typically manufactured their frames with white or yellow (10 or 12k) gold-filled hardware.
So one can assume the coils are gold filled.
Vintage unused new old stock.
In perfect condition and will suit narrow to average oval, oblong shaped faces.

Wondering how does one get a pair of frames with only 1 stem? I had purchased the inventory of a retired optician many years ago and recently came across these round frames while looking for a specific frame.  Along with hundreds of frames,  I acquired hundreds of new and used eyeglass temples.
